Selected stocked CoreLine products can typically be delivered within approximately one week, subject to availability, quantity and destination. Most BioLine and LabLine orders are custom-made to your agreed specification, with a typical lead time of roughly 60 days. Larger bulk CoreLine orders and products requiring manufacture may also need a longer lead time. Your quotation confirms availability, the estimated production and delivery schedule, and any approvals required before manufacture begins.

Each custom order follows a clear process, so the product, packaging and delivery arrangements are agreed before manufacture.
We agree the product, material, dimensions, quantity, intended use and delivery destination.
Your quotation sets out the specification, price and estimated schedule. Packaging, branding and samples are reviewed where required.
Once the specification and required approvals are complete, your order moves into production according to the agreed order terms.
Product checks, packing and the relevant shipping documentation are coordinated before dispatch.
Transport and any agreed customs arrangements are organised for your destination. Delivery updates are shared as the order progresses.

Every MedSafe order includes Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) delivery. Shipping, applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in your agreed quotation, with delivery coordinated to your specified destination.
Our team coordinates the agreed arrangements from dispatch through to delivery.
