HELP & INFORMATION
Clear terms for working with MedSafe.
LAST UPDATED: OCTOBER 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the MedSafe website and the supply of products and services by MedSafe Solutions, operated by Unleashed Enterprises.
Please read these terms before placing an order. Your quotation and written order confirmation set out the specific requirements agreed for your supply.
MedSafe provides sustainable and compostable solutions, PPE and hygiene essentials, and clinical and laboratory supplies through BioLine, CoreLine and LabLine. These supply terms are intended for business customers.
Quotations are provided without obligation and are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
Prices are based on the product specification, quantities, customisation, packaging and delivery destination supplied at the time of quotation. Changes to these requirements may require a revised quotation.
An order is accepted when MedSafe issues written order confirmation. Specific terms expressly agreed in writing for an order take precedence over conflicting general terms.
Minimum order quantities vary by product, specification and level of customisation. The applicable minimum quantity is confirmed during the quotation process.
Products across BioLine, CoreLine and LabLine can be made to agreed requirements, and all MedSafe products can be customised.
Customers must review the specification and any artwork, proofs or samples provided for approval, including:
Custom production begins after the required written approvals and agreed payment have been received. Changes after approval may involve additional costs or revised lead times, which will be confirmed with you.
Samples may be recommended to review the product, material, dimensions, branding or finish before full production. Sample availability, any charges and delivery arrangements are confirmed during the quotation process.
Selected stocked CoreLine products can typically be delivered within approximately one week, subject to availability, quantity and destination.
Most custom-made BioLine and LabLine orders have a typical lead time of roughly 60 days. Larger bulk CoreLine orders or products requiring manufacture may take longer.
Your quotation confirms the estimated schedule and the approvals required before production begins. The process may include sample approval, manufacture, customisation, product checks, packaging and delivery.
Lead times are estimates and may vary with product requirements, production schedules, transport availability, public holidays or customs processing. Tell us any required delivery date before placing your order.
Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated in the quotation.
Every MedSafe order includes Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) delivery. Shipping, applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in the agreed quotation for the specified destination.
Changes to the destination or delivery requirements must be agreed in writing and may affect the quotation.
Payment terms are confirmed on each quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, production commences after receipt of the agreed payment and required approvals.
Late or delayed payments may affect production and delivery schedules.
Digital images and screen colours may differ from physical products.
Manufacturing tolerances for material, dimensions, thickness, colour, print placement and packaging must remain within the agreed specification and any approved sample requirements.
Where colour matching is requested, the achievable match will be agreed for the chosen material and printing process. Variations must not compromise the agreed performance, safety or compliance requirements.
Custom-made and custom-branded products are produced specifically to the customer’s approved requirements. Orders cannot normally be cancelled, returned or exchanged for a change of mind once production has commenced.
Contact us promptly about any proposed change or cancellation. We will confirm whether it can be accommodated and any costs arising from work or commitments already made.
This does not affect rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those relating to defective or incorrectly supplied products.
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Apparent shortages, damage or manufacturing issues should be reported within 7 days of delivery, with the order reference and photographs or other supporting information where appropriate.
Retain relevant packaging while the matter is reviewed. Please arrange any return with MedSafe before sending goods back.
We will investigate reported issues and, where appropriate, determine a suitable resolution. The reporting request does not exclude claims for defects that could not reasonably be discovered within that period or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Products must be used for their specified purpose and in accordance with relevant instructions, storage conditions and regulatory requirements.
Customers should identify the intended application and destination market before ordering. MedSafe will confirm the agreed specification and relevant supporting documentation.
Certifications, conformity declarations and test reports apply to the product and scope assessed. A mark displayed on the website is not a certification of every product in the range.
Customers confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use logos, trademarks, artwork and other content supplied for customisation.
Website content, including photographs, graphics, designs, branding and descriptions, belongs to MedSafe, Unleashed Enterprises or its respective owners or licensors, unless otherwise stated. Commercial reproduction requires permission.
You must not use this website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious software, seek unauthorised access or commercially reproduce its content without permission.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to applicable law and any specific written agreement, MedSafe will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or supply of products and services.
To the extent permitted by law, MedSafe’s total liability arising from an order will not exceed the value of the goods or services giving rise to the relevant claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
These may include disruption to manufacturing or transport networks, industrial action, natural disasters, government restrictions, international conflict or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
We will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and keep affected customers informed. Any changes to an order will be addressed with the customer in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.
Our use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version and revision date will appear on this page.
Updates do not retrospectively alter an accepted order unless agreed in writing.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Subject to mandatory rights and any specific written agreement, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Please contact us first so that we can seek to resolve any concern directly.
